I am skilled in working with a wide variety of mental health and behavioral issues including premarital counseling, marital/relationship problems, infidelity, life transitions, premarital counseling, depression, and anxiety, adolescents, AD/HD, chemical use, parenting skills, divorce, grief and loss.
I take a systemic, strengths-based, cognitive and solution-focused approach with clients.
I am part of the Focus on The Family National Referral Network of Christian Counselors.
I am also trained in life coaching and am a certified PREPARE/ENRICH counselor. I have completed Level 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy clinical training.
